  • Maximum Donation for the Republican Primary is $1,246
    Maximum Donation for the General Election is $4,838
    Maximum Combined Donation for the Primary and General is $6,084.

    Spouses may contribute an equal amount in a separate transaction.

Personal, PAC and Corporate contributions are acceptable and will be deposited according to New York State Election Law. Individuals may contribute $1,246 for the Republican Primary and another $4,838 for the General Election, for a combined maximum of $6,084. Spouses may donate an equal amount. A corporation may contribute up to $5,000 percalendar year to all New York Statewide or local New York State political candidates combined. (Each affiliated or subsidiary corporation, if a separate legal entity, has its own limits.) Contributions from LLPs and LLCs are treated as individual contributions. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. An individual residing in the United States who possesses a green card may contribute. Political contributions are not tax deductible.
